“Four key principles guide the way I work with my clients: understanding, communication, objectivity, and integrity.”

Mission & Objectives

Four key principles guide the way I work with my clients: understanding, communication, objectivity, and integrity. My mission is to be open and honest, and listen to my clients to fully understand their needs and help them achieve their goals.

I build relationships by being a friend, a mentor, and a knowledgeable professional. I seek to:

  • Understand client goals, objectives, and risk tolerance.
  • Design tailored investment strategies to help clients pursue their goals.
  • Manage client investment portfolios as effectively as possible.
  • Educate and communicate on a regular basis, informing clients about progress toward their goals.

Philosophy

I take a broad and deep view of you and your family with a goal toward providing both strategic and tactical solutions over time. I believe that a strong and successful investment relationship is based on trust, confidentiality, and continued two-way communication.

Personal & Career History

I joined the investment firm of Kidder Peabody in 1987. One year later our entire office moved to Shearson Lehman Hutton, later named Smith Barney. Wanting to provide more personal and customized investment services for my clients, I helped form Berkshire Capital Management in 1995, which was renamed Berkshire Investment Group in 2009. I received my Registered Principal’s qualification in 1998 which I hold through LPL Financial and my Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) designation from the College of Financial Planning in 2010. I am past president of the Muhlenberg Rotary Club, past President of the Kutztown University Alumni Association, and a prior member of the Muhlenberg Township Parks and Recreation Board, Family Promise of Berks County, and other volunteer organizations in the community.
