We specialize in foreclosures, particularly in preventing a foreclosure that will destroy your credit. Our 'brain trust' network includes realtors, title companies, private mortgage insurance companies, home inspectors, appraisers, private ('hard money') lenders, contractors and even other investors. Think of us as a 'clearing house' of realty professionals who 'do' real estate for a living and know how to get the job done.


We don't charge consulting fees and we don't receive commissions. You talk, we listen. Then we propose fast, workable and finance-friendly solutions. If we don't perform, we don't get paid. Which means you can talk to us in confidence with absolutely no obligation.
